We’ve put together a poster and a flyer to tell people about our survey!
Do you attend a burns survivor support group? If you’d like to tell more people about the survey you can download the full-colour poster or the black and white flyer below. The poster has a QR code which can be scanned with a phone, and will take you the survey. We also have a Whatsapp number you can contact if you’d prefer to complete the survey within Whatsapp. Send a message to 0797790143.
